Site Assessment: We evaluate existing thatch depth, surface contour, and turf species before recommending a program.
Material Selection: We use only clean, washed masonry-grade sand free of weed seeds and debris&mdash;never fill dirt or construction sand.
Application: Sand is spread uniformly by hand and worked into the canopy with drag mats or landscaping rakes, ensuring crowns are not buried.
Irrigation: We water immediately after application to settle sand into the thatch layer and prevent crown desiccation.
Follow-Up: Recovery is monitored at one and three weeks. Subsequent applications are scheduled based on turf response.
