Landscape
Installation
Design through install — beds, hedges, palms, tropicals, seasonal color, edging, and mulch. Built to complement the architecture of your property and perform in Central Florida's climate.
Plants Selected for
This Climate
Central Florida's Zone 9b is unforgiving to plants selected without respect for heat tolerance, root hardiness, and humidity. We design exclusively with plant material that performs in our conditions — no impulse purchases from a box store, no plants that look good in the nursery and fail within a season.
Every installation begins with a site assessment: sun exposure, irrigation coverage, soil conditions, architectural character of the home, and HOA guidelines if applicable. The design follows the site — not a catalog template.
- Custom design plans — single beds to full-property transformations
- Plant selection calibrated for Zone 9b heat, humidity, and soil
- Palms, tropicals, flowering shrubs, hedges, and seasonal color
- Bed edging, mulch installation, and drainage integration
- HOA-compliant design options available
- Irrigation compatibility verified before any plant is installed
From Concept
to Complete
Site Assessment
Sun mapping, irrigation audit, soil check, architectural review. We understand the property before a single plant is selected. Most landscape failures trace to skipping this step.
Design Proposal
Plant selection with species names, placement, and mature sizing. Bed boundary layout. Material specifications for edging, mulch, and any hardscape elements. Written proposal with line-item pricing.
Installation
Proper hole sizing — 2x the container width, never deeper than the root ball. Root score when appropriate. Correct planting depth. Mulch pulled back from the trunk. Everything planted to establishment standard.
Establishment Support
Written watering schedule provided. Irrigation zone check completed. Follow-up call at 30 days. Any plant that fails to establish for non-client-caused reasons is replaced — we stand behind the work.
